WPE WebKit 2.54.2 released

This is a bug fix release in the stable 2.54 series.

• Fix performance when compositing layers with backdrop filters.
• Fix pre-warmed web process leak when they are rejected due to sandboxing.
• Release suspended pages and idle processes on memory pressure.
• Bind /dev/dxg in the Bubblewrap sandbox.
• Notify input method about cursor area or surrounding text after a re-focus.
• Clear input method composition underlines before adding new ones.
• Do not enable input method for read-only text fields.
• Update the input method state when readonly changes on the focused element.
• Fix WebXR viewport scaling, both for regular content and layers content.
• Fix length reported by array argument to WPEClipboard.changed(), and document the fact that the array must be null-terminated.
• Fix incorrect empty cursor images passed to wpe_view_set_cursor_to_bytes().
• Fix inverted application of the WPE_SETTING_DISABLE_ANIMATIONS setting.
• Fix the Wayland WPEPlatform implementation to correctly use pre-edit string offsets as bytes for the text-input-v3 protocol.
• Fix screen sync observer leak in wpe_screen_get_sync_observer().
• Fix content rendered upside-down when using the WPEBackend-fdo DMA-BUF buffer pool through libwpe.
• Add User-Agent quirk for Orange TV.
