WPE WebKit 2.54.1 released

This is the first bug fix release in the stable 2.54 series.

• Allow pasting in-memory image data from clipboard.
• Add User-Agent quirk for Amazon Luna.
• Handle scrolling through touch input asynchronously.
• Align the filter surface with the device pixel grid.
• Do not rasterize the part of a tile that the clip drops.
• Fix rendering of scaled or transformed no-repeat background images.
• Fix rendering of preserve-3d layers when a layer crosses the camera plane.
• Fix SkiaCompositingLayer filter rendering under transforms.
• Fix the WPEPlatform built-in Wayland support with libwayland-client 1.25 or newer.
• Fix the build with ENABLE_WPE_1_1_API enabled.
• Fix text deleted by input method delete-surrounding in contenteditable.
• Fix the inputmode attribute being ignored for <input> elements.
• Fix input methods not updated when refocusing elements in some cases.
• Fix caret position reporting to input methods during pre-edit.
• Fix memory usage thresholds not being reached due to incorrect memory footprint calculation.
• Fix the build with PGO profile instrumentation enabled when using the GNU linker (ld.bfd).
